Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or the item is faulty.
Provided by Us: If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, personalised/custom-made products) are exempt from returns unless damaged or defective.
